We live in a four-level home with private back yard and a growing garden in the front. Our rental space is on the garden level of our home with good natural light, radiant floor heating, wool carpet and tile flooring. The area consists of two bedrooms -- which could also serve as a bedroom and home office -- a roomy living/dining area, kitchenette, large closet/storage area, full bathroom, windowed two floor high atrium space, and shared laundry area. Renters have access to a full kitchen one floor up and bike storage. The space can come furnished or not.
We’re a family of two adults and two daughters, ages 10 and 11, plus a loving, small, quiet, and non-shedding dog. We work from our our home office and our company focuses on community development and provides marketing, public relations and web development services for businesses and organizations with sustainable solutions. We are seeking a housemate who is a good communicator, likes to cook, and would enjoy participating in family dinners. Our house share space becomes available January 1, 2010 for $1,200 per month including utilities and high speed Internet.
